Lina Haquz is a pioneering Jordanian martial artist, coach, and motivational figure who recently made history in July 2026 by becoming the first Jordanian to earn an official international certification from the World Nunchaku Association (WNA). This achievement includes her earning a Yellow Belt (1st Kyu) in Nunchaku-do, which marks the beginning of her journey toward achieving her third black belt.

Already holding a 6th-degree black belt (6 Dan) in Kickboxing and a 2nd-degree black belt (2 Dan) in Taekwondo, Haquz remains one of the most prominent and inspiring martial arts figures in the Arab world.

Early Life & Philosophy:

Inspired by martial arts icons like Bruce Lee, Haquz dedicated her life to combat sports to break traditional barriers for women in the Middle East.

Her life mantra #BeStronger, extends beyond physical training, emphasizing mental toughness, spiritual resilience, self-belief, and inner peace. She was also the first Jordanian woman to receive a first-degree official coaching credential from the Ministry of Youth's Leaders Preparation Centre.
